The retreat price includes everything you need for an unforgettable experience, minus flights and some personal expenses.

Here’s exactly what’s covered:

✅ Accommodation – Twin hotel room (shared) for the duration of the retreat.

✅ Breakfast – Included each morning at the hotel.

✅ Planned Excursions & Activities – All trips outlined in the itinerary (excluding optional paragliding and scuba diving).

✅ Support from the Amity Team – Guidance and coordination throughout the trip to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Flights – Attendees are responsible for booking their own airfare.

Airport Transfers – Transport to and from both airports is not included; however, we will coordinate shared taxis in Budva to and from the hotel.

Additional Meals & Drinks – Lunch, dinner, and drinks are not included, however, we will book restaurants to ensure we eat together

Optional Activities – Paragliding and scuba diving are available at an extra cost.

Personal Travel Insurance – We highly recommend purchasing insurance for peace of mind.

❌ No, flights are not included in the retreat price.

However, we will be flying together from Birmingham to Tivat with Jet2. The current fare is approximately £200, which includes 10kg hand luggage.

✅ Yes. To secure your place on the retreat, you must make either:

- A £300 deposit (non-refundable) or

- Full payment (£950)

📅 Deadline: The deposit (or full payment) must be received by 15th March at the latest.

💡 Early Booking Bonus: If all deposits are received before 15th March, we will book flights sooner to secure the best possible prices.

Spots are first come, first served, so the sooner you pay, the better! 🚀

The deposit needs to be transferred to the account details we send to you no later than the 15th March 2025 so we can get the flights booked.

The full balance needs to be paid by 1st May, 2025

We have reserved a number of serviced apartments at the hotel which we will share throughout the duration of our trip. All rooms are twin rooms .

✅ Yes! While we have an exciting itinerary packed with activities, we’ve made sure to include plenty of downtime so you can relax, recharge, and explore at your own pace.

📅 Dedicated Free Time Includes:

Monday afternoon – Settle in, explore the local area, and soak up the sun.

Thursday – A full free day with the option to relax or take part in optional activities like scuba diving or paragliding.

The retreat is designed to be a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation, so while we encourage participation in activities, everything is optional—you can do as much or as little as you like! 😊

Though we can't force you to take part in any of the events whilst on the retreat, we do hope that all our members take part in the full itinerary. Amity Retreats are community focused trips and we want all members there to participate. This is what makes these events special.

The Secret Event is an experience that we arrange for the whole group. When booking on to the retreat, we book a place for you on the secret event. In the past, we have done the following events: Buggy Tour throught the Andalucian mountains in Malaga, Spain; A cooking class - How to prepare and cook a traditional 3-course Tuscan meal with local chefs in Tuscany, Italy; Zip-lining through Canyons and across the Cetina river in Croatia. If you do not want to take part in the event, you don't have to.

❌ No, we are unable to offer partial refunds for missed activities.

The retreat package is priced as a full experience, covering accommodation, group activities, and excursions, whether you choose to participate in everything or not.

The price is based on the full itinerary, rather than individual event participation.

That said, everything is optional, and you’re welcome to sit out any activities that don’t appeal to you. The retreat is all about enjoying the experience in a way that works best for you! 😊

If you can no longer attend, we will do our best to help find someone to take your place.

If a replacement is found:

A £300 transfer fee will be deducted to cover admin and booking costs.

The remaining balance will be refunded once the new attendee has paid in full.

If we are unable to fill your spot, no refunds will be issued as all accommodation, activities, and logistics are pre-paid and non-transferable.
